Hello, i am so excited to meet new people and bring to beginnings into this brand new year. Professionally I have worked with some fortune 500 companies managing and coaching employees to help the companies become successfull. My longest endever was at ATT. My first job right out of college in 2006. I was given my own store and managed over 15 people. I was responsible for everything from human resources to stoking the walls. Coaching and developing the employees to become better salesman is where the best part of the job became the favorite part of my days. I created games, and meetings, and goals, and promise plans to help my employees achieve all of their personal and financial goals. Through this experience I felt that it was almost perfect for my background in communications. Although at times it was challenging to find people that cared as much as I. And i find that you cannot want it more than someone else, or make your goals their goals. So this is when decided that i would be a fantastic teacher. I already had all the makings of one and the most exciting part of the new chapter in my life was that i would be making a difference in the world! My passion always runs deep for wanting to care for someone or something. I take my training at the gym very seriously, but when get home I have four dogs waiting for my attention. I am married as well but my husband and I have worked opposite shifts for ten years , him in the evening and myself in the morning. My husband also works allot for the medical bills and insurance that we have to support do to my cancer. Sometime i feel like i have so much going on that it is impossible to keep up, but that's what i love about life. I love the fact that everything I do is so purposeful and brings joy to my heart.
Challenges and strengths that I bring to an online community are almost two in the same. My health keeps me at the gym or hospital so I rarely have time to go to class but this is the beauty of online classes, I can work straight from almost anywhere i am. Thank goodness for technology these day and wi fi, however some believe that it had ruined a form of our communication it somehow at this point in my life works out perfect and always being able to access a member of someone online s compared to in a classroom is even more convienent to me. Of course my challenges of having good days, bad days, busy days will sometimes get me behind on something that is going on in blog, or discussion or assignment, but I promise I will make any and all effort to be the best part of this community as I can.
